Privacy Policy for One Social Network

At One Social Network, we believe that your privacy and security are of utmost importance. We are committed to providing you with a secure platform for creating and sharing content, e-commerce, and video conferencing. Here are the clauses of our privacy policy that outline how we collect, use, and protect your personal data:

  1. No data collection: We do not scrape, track, or sell any of your content, personal data, or communications to anyone. Our business model is based on tools for creating and sharing content, e-commerce, and video conferencing for collaboration that serve members and include sharing revenues.
  2. No tracking algorithms: We do not use algorithms or artificial intelligence to track your use of our platform or build models from your online behavior or activities.
  3. No intrusive ads: We do not use third-party advertising systems  that don't meet our standards of ethics and One Social does not deploy Google AdSense or Facebook Pixel Cookies, and we do not have intrusive ads. If you wish to promote content or services to our community, you can do so through our internal sponsorship system. One Social is a community focused on consciousness, wellness and self-improvement, that is all the marketing information we need to know in order to suggest content or products and services that we feel will be of value to you, therefore we don't need to use creepy algorithms to spy on your activities to understand what is valuable and relevent to our community members. 
  4. Privacy control panel: Your member account has a full privacy control panel that allows you to choose what, how, and where your profile and uploaded content will be shared. You also have comprehensive privacy tools like blocking other members, reporting offensive content, and logging in "invisible mode."
  5. No third-party cookies: We do not use third-party or cross-site cookies to track your browser history. Our internal cookies are used for the best operational and user experience and for diagnostic purposes.
  6. No data tracking: Unlike other social media platforms, we do not track your browser activity or internet usage. Our mobile apps may occasionally capture anonymous mobile device log-ins for diagnostic purposes.
  7. No data selling: We do not collect your data beyond processing the functions that you choose to use use of our paltform and since we do not participate in data collection we will never sell any of our members' data.
  8. No third-party tracking: We do not use third-party tracking, such as Facebook’s "Pixel" ad tracker, and we do not include Facebook or Google sign-in procedures.
  9. Security and authentication: We strive to ensure your experience with One Social is secure and authentic by minimizing artificial bots, spam, and other threats. To do so, we have added an extra level to the registration process by requiring a telephone number for SMS verification.
  10. SMS alerts: From time to time, we may send SMS text alerts along with an email to inform you of important information. Depending on your notification settings, you will receive SMS notices of activities related to your account.
  11. Feedback: We have an open and participatory policy and welcome your feedback. If you need help or have a suggestion, you can contact us through our support forum. We also want to hear what type of content you would like to see if we are missing something.

If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to provide additional Personal Information and proof of residency for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not provide or delete your Personal Information.

Authorized Agents: you may submit a request to know or a request to delete your Personal Information through an authorized agent. If you do so, the agent must present signed written permission to act on your behalf and you may also be required to independently verify your identity and submit proof of your residency with us.

A Copy of Your Data: You can download a copy of your data in portable format at anytime from your profile account settings, from a browser.
